- Each morning take 5 minutes to think about what to do for that day. This is to let you focus on key agenda for the day. Life with purpose is more meaning; however, it is hard to find the life's purpose but this 5 minutes will be a good practice and good place to start.
- Each evening take 5 minutes to think about what you did that day. This is to let you review your performance for that day. Also, this gives you gather your thoughts after a busy day at work.
- Each afternoon take 5 minutes to think about where or what you were doing 5 years ago. This is to motivate you and give an update on various aspects of your life, such as love, career, money and family, and how your life's progressing. This will be difficult for you if you are going through a hard time but it does not help to hide from your reality.
- Each evening take 5 minutes to massage your feet and hands so that you can wind down. Your feet and hands are tired from the day's work. Massage them to calm your mind and clear your head before going to sleep.
- Each weekend take 5 minutes to think about where you want to be in 5 years. This is to let you focus on your future without the stress of work. You cannot hurry life but you can guide it the way you want to be. So adjust your 5 year plans and follow through.
