I was so sleepy at work and my
co-worker offered me one of her zipfizz. It was a berry flavor energy drink
mix. It has overdose of Vitamin C and Vitamin B12.
For Vitamin C, it contained 500mg or 833% of daily value.
For Vitamin B12, it contained 2500mcg or 41667% of daily
value.
I read somewhere that Vitamin B is also good for losing
weight.
This zipfizz tastsed like a bubble gum berry and had a bit
of sour after-taste. However, it sure did wake me up! My co-worker told me that
she got it from Costco.
