I exercised during lunch time and had to work after that for
awhile. I wanted to have something sweet and yet meaty. So I headed to Dickey’s
Barbecue Pit for late lunch. This is great place and the one I went is at the AutoMall,
Fremont. I love there is a big jar of pickles and a fresh cut lemon wedges for
your teas and sodas. Also, the best part is a free soft ice cream for anyone
who dine-in there.
I was hungry but I don’t want to overeat, so I ordered a
pulled pork barbecue sandwich with a soda.
The big barbecue sandwich was $5.50 and soda was $2.25. The soda cup is
32 oz Big Yellow Cup. The inside was quite since I was there for a late lunch.
So far, I tried pulled pork and Texas style chopped beef brisket. So I will try sliced
beef brisket next time.
There are over 210 Dickey’s BBQ Pit restaurants in US. The 1st
Dickey’s BBQ Pit was opened in 1941 at Dallas, Texas. I check the franchise
requirement for Dickey’s Barbecue Pit and here are some requirements for it.
